7 books that can change your life

There are books that are priceless and that can truly change our lives and the way we look at them.

Here you will find my top 7 which I believe can help you shift your life in the direction you want.

The Power of Habit – by Charles Duhigg

I strongly believe that daily habits is what differentiates very successful and fulfilled person from an unsuccessful and unhappy one. That’s why I find this book so important. It’s is very much a hands-on book which presents fascinating stories and case studies how habits are formed and to what extend they influence our lives. I was fascinated by finding out how we could be manipulated by outside impulses and by the fact that it’s at the end still up to us to choose the habits we take on. If you decide to take charge of your life – this book is a wonderful starting point! You can learn how to get on with new habits and undo the ones that are not helpful.

Power of Now – by Eckhart Tolle

One of my favorite teachers - Eckhart Tolle blew my mind with this book. For me it was a wake up call which I’m so grateful for. His main message of the importance of living the present moment is very powerful. If you allow yourself to immerse in the depth of the wisdom this man has to share, this book can be a true blessing – bringing peace in your daily life.

Positive intelligence – by Shirzad Chamine

Shirzad uncovered a common list of internal saboteurs that we all have. The book illustrates how all of us have voices in our heads that limit and disable us from leading a life we truly long for. Very down to earth practical book that you can immediately act upon. And if you do take his teaching to practice, you will find that you slowly become confident and more compassionate with yourself and with others.

The Code of the Extraordinary Mind: 10 Unconventional Laws to Redefine Your Life - Vishen Lakhiani

I highly admire Vischen Lakhiani for creating the self-development platform “Mindvalley’’ that I would recommend to anyone. In his book ‘’The code of Extraordinary Mind’’ he illustrates many limitations that our mind holds onto which are absolute nonsense that we inherit from outside world. In his book he teaches to question, challenge and make new rules for ourselves in all aspects of our life; this way allowing ourselves to achieve an extraordinary results and create a life with no limits.

Radical Forgiveness - by Colin Tipping

This book holds a very deep knowledge and wisdom connected to forgiving people who negatively impacted us in life, including ourselves. Not everyone might be ready to accept and implement the radical forgiveness steps that are described in this book, but for those who do – it’s a true opportunity to leave the old luggage behind and start your life journey with a new empowering page, leaving the victim role behind. I would recommend this book anyone, as I believe that most of us hold onto an emotional luggage that no longer serves us.

Happy Money - The Japanese Art of Making Peace with Your Money – Ken Honda

This is a truly unique book for people who want to improve their relationship with money and financial state. Ken Honda is a Japanese so called ‘’Zen Millionaire’’ who passionately teaches how to ‘’heal’’ the money wounds that so many people have around the globe. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is not happy or wants to improve their current financial state. A book written with kindness and true compassion.

Autobiography of a Yogi – Paramahansa Yogananda

Last, but an extremely valuable and a out-of-ordinary book for those who are open to stretch their understanding of human possibilities. This favorite book of mine (and of Steve Jobs, mind you), unveils an incredible journey of Indian Yogi master - Paramahansa Yogananda, who brought the understanding of yoga philosophy to the Western world. I believe this book holds huge power to change the perception of what is truly possible for humanity.
